  • Growing up in France with French and Kiwi parents, I was immersed in diverse culinary traditions from an early age. My passion for food led me to pursue a degree in hospitality, a journey that began in the prestigious luxury hotels of Paris. After honing my skills in one of the world's culinary capitals, I decided to bring my expertise to Australia and eventually New Zealand.

    Eight years ago, I arrived in Queenstown and instantly fell in love with its breathtaking landscapes and warm community. Since then, I have proudly called this vibrant town my home. My deep-seated passion for hospitality and admiration for New Zealand's exceptional produce and welcoming culture drive my commitment to excellence at The Assembly.
